It's time to stretch, relax and finally release those tight hips!
Relaxed hips give you a greater range of motion and improved circulation throughout your entire body. Sitting, driving for long periods of time and stress all contribute to tightness in the hips and lower back pain. Energetically, our hips are where heavy emotions (anxiety, sadness, etc.) often reside. Hip openers allow you to release these stored emotions, improving your energetic health and giving you greater mobility, less muscle tension and stress relief. This is a supported workshop (meaning you will be using props like bolsters, blankets, foam blocks, etc. to assist in each posture) and is open to all levels. Experienced guidance by Margaret Wilcox. $30/person
